Traditional Divorce
A traditional divorce is involves a filing with the court with one spouse (the filing party) designated as the Plaintiff and the other is the Defendant. The Courts will set dates for litigation.
Amicable Divorce
When two people have agreed to end their marriage, and agree on the terms of their divorce, then they may be able to have an amicable divorce. MKS Law can prepare the agreement for a quick resolution and divorce.
